All photographs appearing in this site are the exclusive property of Shawn Maynard and are protected under United States and international copyright laws. The photographs may not be reproduced, copied, stored, or manipulated without the written consent of Shawn Maynard. No images are public domain. All rights reserved.
By purchasing the digital image file of the photograph or the print of the photograph, Shawn Maynard grants the buyer a non-exclusive right to use the photography in all non-paid media placements in the Unites States. The buyer has permission to use, store, print, and enlarge the digital image as they wish. Rights for images used for Advertising or any other purpose will be negotiated.
Buyer will indemnify Maynards Sports Photography against any losses, expenses, costs or damages incurred by any or all as a result of Buyers breach of the terms of this Agreement or Buyers unauthorized use of the content and related rights.
All photographic reproduction rights remain with the photographer Shawn Maynard.
